Introduction

We work with you, rather than ‘do it to you’
We start from where you are right now and help you discover what you believe is really worth spending time on, rather than drive you through some ready-made processes.
We work in partnership with you, sharing our expertise, experiences and ideas, exploring options together, rather than telling you what to do.
We bring a combination of challenge and support.

Each company, team and individual we work with is unique and so each Inspire project is unique. We have a range of different approaches and experiences, which we can use when working with you (see Our Approach for more details). We do not believe that any one approach is ‘the right way’ for everyone. Our skill is in working with you to discover the best way forward for you and your specific needs. We see our role as a short-term intervention, to support you through a particularly new and/or difficult situation. By providing you with the skills and confidence required, we enable you to continue on successfully without us.
